You agree that:

 Payment of course fees will be due on receipt of our invoice.  This will be issued when we have confirmed your course booking.

CANCELLATIONS:

Course members wishing to withdraw from a course should contact ScoMIS Bookings as soon as possible.

Please note if you wish to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:

11-20 Working Days Notice 33% charge

3 – 10 Working Days Notice 66% charge

48 Hours or Less Full Charge

All cancellations must be confirmed either by letter,  email bookings@devon.gov.uk or Fax 01392 385302

ScoMIS agree that:

  1. The following costs are included in the course fee:
  • Course documentation and training materials
  • Refreshments, and lunch for full day courses 

2.         Every attempt will be made to provide the courses in the form described in this training directory.  However, there may be changes in course content in response to any software developments that may occur.

ScoMIS will confirm places on courses by e-mail to the school admin address.  Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  This may mean that we are not able to accommodate you on your chosen date.  We will try to offer you an alternative date, or place you on a waiting list.  Schools will be invoiced for course fees.

Note

All costings are based upon schools having a current Service Level Agreement with ScoMIS.
