This Course is designed to introduce you to the new features of Office 2010 and to ensure you have a smooth transition from previous versions of the software. It will cover the key features and changes throughout the Office 2010 suite of Applications.

 

This course is intended for Staff responsible for managing and maintaining the schools IT system.
The course will cover the best practice in running a school network and the essential elements of good customer care. Topics covered include a consistency of approach and managing projects along with other vital ingredients of good network management. The activities introduced during the day will serve to reinforce key areas of network management. This trainig could also be held in a school for a team of Technicians – Please apply to Scomis.

 

This course assumes delegates have knowledge of previous Windows software in a Network environment

 

Attendees should have experience of supporting an Community Connect 3 network and have previously attended a Community Connect 3 Management course.
