This Course is designed to introduce you to the new features of Office 2010 and to ensure you have a smooth transition from previous versions of the software. It will cover the key features and changes throughout the Office 2010 suite of Applications.

 

This Workshop covers how to customise the analysis of your examination results and assessment data to suit your school’s requirements. Using Grid, Chance, Trend, Aspect and Result Set Analysis you will be able to perform a greatere range and depth of anlysis.

 

This Workshop will cover all aspects of the examination results process including importing results into the software and analysing them to produce headline analysis on Results Day.

 

This course is designed to look at specific issues within Examinations Organiser. It will cover the use of editing P1 data to include exams where no basedata is available. Also cover downloading proxy basedata for OCR/RSA Key Skills/Extended Key Skills, WJEC Key Skills and Edexcel Key Skills and ALAN

 

This course will cover maintenance of course memberships and develop an understanding of the links to and from other processes in SIMS, particularly Exams Organiser. Management of Post 16 Learning Aims for School Census will be covered in the context of key issues critical for correct funding.

 

A very useful workshop dealing with the administrative tasks preparing for Exams. It is recommended that both the Examinations Officer and the Administrative Assistant attend.

New users of the SIMS Examinations Organiser Module. These may include schools using the module for the first time, and newly appointed examination management and administrative staff in existing schools.
