Attendees should have experience of supporting an Community Connect 3 network and have previously attended a Community Connect 3 Management course.

Please note: Individuals who have no experience of supporting an Community Connect 3 Network should attend the Managing Community Connect 4 for Technicians, or Managing Community Connect 4 for ICT Coordinators courses.

They key objective of this course is to allow delegates to gain practical knowledge and experience of Community Connect 4 and the new functionality introduced.

At the end of this course, attendees will be able to:

  • Support pupils and staff in their use of Community Connect 4.
  • Maintain a Community Connect 4 network.
  • Add users and manage essential security settings.
  • Apply custom settings for users and computers.
  • Manage workstations, printers and software.
  • Protect the network with backup and restoring systems.

The course content is identical to the course RM deliver at their centres, using RM materials and is delivered by RM approved trainers.
