This Workshop is for school staff who need to report on classes and timetabling information using the click and drag method to produce student lists.
This half day course introduces the new features of Options 5.7 for existing users of Options. Time will be given for a problem solving session to try and make sure schools are getting the best out of the software
This course covers the use of the Options/Pupil Grouping routines.
This course will ensure the timetable is managed during the academic year as efficiently as possible and is targeted not just at Timetablers but also at the many Administrators who seek to manage the timetable. This course is for staff in charge of making timetable changes during the year.
This could be the Timetabler, and administrator or preferably both!
This course covers the routines in the SIMS. Net Academic management related to the allocation of pupils to classes.
Cover 7 is integrated in SIMS .net and reads information from P7 and T6. It allows the user to manage absences and room closures and allocate suitable cover.
This course is aimed at those who have been using T6 for perhaps 2 or more years and wish to “top-up” their knowledge or to find if alternative methods are available to cover those tricky operations
Delegates should have a working knowledge of the academic organisation of the school.
Previous knowledge of NovaT is not a requirement.
Some knowledge of timetabling with or without IT support is expected.
Those with little or no timetabling experience should consider attending the Timetabling – an Introduction Course prior to attending this course.
This course provides the ideal introduction for those new to timetabling prior to using SIMS Nova T6. Course participants are advised to book on the Nova T6 New Users Course available each Spring Term
